Warranty Details

If any issues arise with your product within the warranty period, Mentech will offer first-class repair services to ensure timely maintenance of your product.

Warranty Period: Up to 3 years; products beyond the warranty period are not covered by the warranty service.

Free Warranty Commitment

We solemnly promise to provide comprehensive free repair services within the warranty period, covering logistics damage and product quality issues that are not caused by human factors. Repairs for issues not related to product quality will incur a reasonable cost.

Free Repairs Do Not Includ

1.Products beyond the warranty period.

2.Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or other human factors.

3.Damage due to impact, static electricity, negligence, or natural disasters such as fire, lightning, floods, etc.

4.Damage to equipment casings, power cords, etc., caused by improper operation during use.

5.Please note that cancellation of custom product orders or changes to custom product requirements must be made before the start of custom product production, subject to approval.
